Gabelsberger Appraisals was formed in
June 1995 to provide appraisals of residential real estate for the purposes of trusts
and estates, PMI removal, financing, pre-sale valuation, property tax appeal, and
foreclosure. Other services include relocation appraisal and appraisal review.
Thomas
Gabelsberger, the company founder, began appraising in 1993. He is an SRA member
of the Appraisal Institute, and certified residential real estate appraiser by the
state of Missouri. In 1999, he was accepted by the National Registry of Who's Who
as a Life Member, Real Estate Professional. From 2000 through 2002 Thomas was a director
of the St Louis Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
